This presentation will walk you through first steps of writing an application for embedded devices using Ariel OS, using its default security mechanisms for encrypted communication through CoAP and EDHOC, and goes into an outlook of how else mutual authentication can be established beyond the simple example.

This presentation is based on the online tutorial; this event focuses less on the "how-to" and "hands-on" of the tutorial, and instead goes deeper into the security aspects.

It is also a follow-up on last year's outlook, which has been put into code since then.
