Georgi "Joro" Kodinov has been working on the MySQL server since 2006. He is a team lead for the Server General MySQL development team, specializing on security, monitoring and client/server protocol and tools.
Before MySQL AB he served as IT manager for one of the major Bulgarian banks.
Joro is based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria and has a lot of 1st hand experience in working in and managing distributed teams.
He's a regular speaker at MySQL events around the globe.
