Speaker: Susanne Pfeiffer
Agile software development with Kanban and the optimization of the value chain are topics that Susanne has focused on in recent years. Susanne was born in Hamburg and studied mathematics in Bonn. After completing her studies, she quickly found her way into software development, where she has worked for many years in a wide variety of roles and contexts, including several years as a freelance software developer and project manager. Susanne has been working for Qvest Digital - formerly tarent - for five years, initially as a full-stack developer and for the last three years as a product owner. Based on her many years of experience, Susanne critically scrutinizes the common practices of modern software development and offers alternative approaches based on lean principles. Susanne has given several talks on agile software development with Scrum and Kanban and on sustainable software development to reduce the CO2 footprint in development and operations.
