Daniela Gawehns is a PhD student at Leiden University. She is involved in the project "Dementia back in the heart of community", an interdisciplinary project that monitors the changes associated with a restructuring of a nursing home in the Netherlands. Part of the project is the development of algorithms to mine multimodal data. She is also involved in analyzing face-to-face interaction data collected with RFID sensors.
