How do we do it at MySQL?
While working from home is becoming a common scenario for more and more companies nowadays, MySQL has been practicing this model on a large scale from the very beginning. This session will talk about the pros and cons of working in a virtual organization, some proven best practices and tools and how both employees and the employer can benefit from this working environment. It also covers some common pitfalls and lessons learned along the way.
